PA International, formed in 1980 is an established property consultancy firm registered with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers (BOVAEP / LPPEH).
To-date, we have a total of 16 Registered Valuers, 18 Registered Estate Agents and 25 Registered Property Managers nationwide.

Our Property Management Services
Delivery of Vacant Possession (VP)
Involve from pre hand-over stage to VP day, inlcuding preparation of by-laws & the necessary forms, prepartion of operation budget & Fifth Schedule as well as coordination with respective developer’s departments and main contractor, etc.
Management of Common Property
Either during developer’s period or during JMB / MC period, to make sure all building services and common properties/faclities are maintained and in good operating conditions within the permitted budget and compliance with all legal obligations.

- Buidling Audit and Energy Saving team.
- Facilitate and work with various parties on M&E equipment installations.
- Facilitate mandatory MSB/SSB, incoming supply switch gears and gen-set calibration as ST requirement.
- Facilitate BOMBA reguslation and requirement – assist on inspectiom, calibration and services of all fire-fighting equipment.
- Renewal of various licenses (JKKKP, BOMBA, ST and etc).
Dedicated Credit Control Department
- On-time billing and collection tracking.
- Aged debtors tracking.
- Case filing on defaulters in Tribunal.
- Case filing as provided in Civil Claims procedure.
- Writ of Seizure and Sale (WSS) enforcement of tribunal award.
- Provide monthly credit control performance report.
- Bulk SMS reminder service.
COVID-19 response SOP
Conduct Annual General Meeting (AGM) and tender exercises without additional charges / costs.
Equipment for special tasks such as Thermal Scanner and Drone for inter-floor leaking and farcase inspection.
